Marygold Manor Policies & Agreements

Minimum of 50 People for all Functions
All prices are average to include kids (this is done to encourage Adult Only receptions)
All deposits are nonrefundable. $1,000 initial deposit for Weddings and a $1,000 second deposit is due a few months prior to your function, usually in January or February. Final count is due two weeks before your reception, the remanding balance is due two days prior to the date of the function in certified funds (any type of check issued by a bank).
Deposits for all other functions: 50-500 people $1000.
The date of your function is not guaranteed until a deposit is made. Tentative bookings are good for one week only, unless otherwise specified.
No glitter, confetti, confetti pops, fog machines, bubbles inside (outside during ceremonies is fine) or gum.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought into the banquet facilities from outside sources or taken out of the facility.
Marygold Manor is not responsible for lost or left behind articles, although we usually save lost items if found for up to six months.
Prices are subject to change to meet increase in cost of supplies, food and beverage.
Marygold Manor must have an exact count of guests 10 business days prior to the date of your function.
Food and beverages cannot be taken from the premises after functions (this is against New York State health regulations).
The menu selection must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the date of your function.
Marygold Manor reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to anyone (no one under 21 will be served).
Please add 22% sur charge (gratuity) and 8.75% sales tax on all figures quoted in our banquet menus.
Wedding Reception cancellations less than 6 months prior to the expected date of your wedding will results in additional 22% service charge based on expected revenue loss, and deposits will not be refunded.
All photos taken on premises by our in-house photographer may be used for advertising purposes.
